Not yet, Mark, other than a general mention of accessibility concerns  
in the specification document itself.  But it might be a good project  
for the "Access Alerts" working group convened by the National Center  
for Accessible Media at WGBH in Boston (<http://ncam.wgbh.org/alerts/>).
