[CAP] Updated caplib (v. 1-1_02)

Friends -

The process is working!  I'm pleased to share an updated caplib with  
important enhancements and bug fixes contributed by the community.   
It's posted now at <http://www.incident.com/caplib>.

You'll definitely want to grab this one as it fixes a significant bug  
that resulted in malformed </code> tags.  Thanks to David R Robinson  
for his contributions this time round.
