[CAP] CAP Implementation Question

Guys, I'm new to the list, and I'm considering adding a CAP interface to an
Open Source application I'm writing, oriented to the EM community.  But it's
in PHP, and while Art's library looks great, I really want to avoid mixing
languages.  There's a number of transports and parsers available to me.

So, if anyone has any information at all about a PHP-based tool set, or open
implementation already done, that will be greatly appreciated.
