"Providing Mass Medical Care with Scarse Resources" Wednesday,

The need for electronic health records was the driving force behind 
this years series of prototypes and public fora on the Nationwide 
Health Information Network  (NHIN) developed by the Office of the 
National Coordinator for Health Information Technology in HHS.
