[CAP] CAP centric methodology -- request comments

CAP List,

A few days ago I presented a concept at the International Conference on
Complex Systems - ICCS in Boston that I call "Heartbeat e9-1-1" that
consists of three common denominators / building blocks -- one of which
is the CAP protocol or more precisely CAP child schema's and / or
embedded data islands as the situation dictates.  I would like your ideas
to improve, adjust this concept or recommendations as to how to speed
implementation of this idea that will involve your community & your
expertise to a great degree.
