You know, the idea of a development forum is a great one, now that
we've got a reasonable number of developers out there. I'll look
around this weekend for some software (anyone know some good open-
source software, preferably with a FreeBSD port available?)
As for the "cap:" prefix... not sure what issue you're hitting,
exactly, but that's just a namespace reference. When used it should
be defined in one of the tags near the top of the message, where it
gets bound to the default CAP namespace. And well-written parsers
should know to pick up those bindings. Not sure which part of that
chain might be breaking for you, Scott.
I also dusted off my HF gear recently and started noodling about what
intersection there might be between CAP and the Amateur service...
but that's a whole 'nother thread.
