Some of you may be interested in this.

Looks like an ordinary 3G cell phone would meet most of the requirements
here.  I think they would do better to focus on getting messages out and
information back through all outlets rather than competing with an
industry that has devices in the hands of 270 million Americans and lots
more worldwide.  But that is probably an old argument.
