[CAP] CAP data feeds

I have searched the archives of this mailing list for public sources of CAP
data feed and I did not find anything other than weather.gov (
http://www.weather.gov/alerts/)  <http://www.weather.gov/alerts/>and
http://edis.oes.ca.gov/index.atom  <http://edis.oes.ca.gov/index.atom>(which
seems to be a subset similar weather data from weather.gov) there is no
other feed available. I have also looked at
http://www.incident.com/cookbook/index.php/Public_CAP_Feeds
<http://www.incident.com/cookbook/index.php/Public_CAP_Feeds>which
has an additional working link for Tsunami Warning Messages. Is there any
other data feed available? I have developed a system to parse and store CAP
format data and tested against weather.gov data feeds but I would like to
test with some more sources just to make sure the system is source agnostic.
