Farrel,
That has been fixed in the CAP 1.1 feed at
http://www.weather.gov/alerts-beta/. We plan to replace the v1.0 feed
(http://www.weather.gov/alerts/) by early next year. We encourage use
of http://www.weather.gov/alerts-beta/. We welcome comments and other
feedback at http://www.weather.gov/survey/nws-survey.php?code=atom.
